Fair use
Paid plans are not charged per transcript. Every account, including subscribers, is capped so one user cannot crowd out the queue. The caps below are the server config:
- Up to 1000 videos per rolling day, per account
- At most 5000 jobs in flight at once
- 12 submissions per minute
- At most 500 URLs per submit
- At most 5000 videos from one playlist or channel
Without a plan you can try 3 videos per day.

AI & Automations
Connect Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT to this workspace. The assistant can list jobs, submit YouTube URLs, read transcript text, export a format, and check your quota. It uses an API key — it never sees a YouTube login.

- Name: YT Transcriber. Paste the MCP server URL.
- Authentication: No sign-in.
- Cursor Settings → MCP → New MCP server.
- Prefer the header form below so the key is not in the URL.
